Your new item of jewellery comes with a 30 day warranty so if you have any problem please contact us at info@hardytohudson.com within the first 30 days for a replacement
STERLING SILVER 925
We use Sterling 925 Silver. Some elements may be too small to be stamped 925 or a stamp may ruin it’s appearance but please be confident that all pieces are 925.
14k GOLD FILLED JEWELLERY
We use 14k gold filled elements in our pieces as it is far higher quality than gold plating and will not chip or peel. It uses 5% 14 carat gold which is bonded to a brass core so will last you for years. It is non-allergenic and reacts the same way as solid gold with your skin.

All pieces of our jewellery are sent to you in beautiful branded box which is perfect for gift giving and to store your jewellery in to keep it in the best condition.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER
We accept returns or exchanges with in 14 days. Please see our delivery and returns page for further details.

DOES YOUR JEWELLERY CONTAIN NICKEL?
No, none of our items contain nickel at Hardy To Hudson.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
Store your jewellery in a dry, air-tight area such as a pouch or box. . Take extra care around perspiration, saltwater, chlorine, perfume and lotions, as they can tarnish jewellery faster and damage and discolour the wood over time.
SKIN DISCOLOURATION FROM MY JEWELLERY?
Some people have sensitivities to different metals depending on their body chemistry and this can cause skin discolouration or it could also be a lotion or perfume that you are applying while wearing your jewellery.
