All orders are processed and shipped within 2 days unless it's a custom order

EU - Royal Mail Tracked and/or signed for (dependent on the destination country)

International shipping - £9.60  - Royal Mail Tracked and/or signed for (dependent on the destination country)

Free shipping on all UK orders over £30

Normally delivered in 2-3 days but can take up to 5 days during peak times.

 

EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All EU and International shipping is tracked and will be sent via Royal Mail in the UK and via the local postage provider once in your country. Please note, there may be additional charges to be paid upon delivery

Europe 3 – 10 days

USA up to 2 weeks

Everywhere else up to 3 weeks

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Orders are delivered quickly and securely but on rare occasion that your package is missing or delayed please contact us at info@hardytohudson.com

Please wait up to 5 days for UK orders and at least 3 weeks for international deliveries.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason we will offer you a refund or exchange (any shipping charges are not refundable) if items are returned within 14 days in original unworn condition and packaging.

An order number will need to be provided for any returns or exchanges.

Once we have received the returned item and processed it you will be refunded via your original payment method (minus shipping charges) and we will confirm the details via email.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Should your item of jewellery arrive with you and have a fault please email us at info@hardytohudson.com within 14 days and we will offer you a refund, replacement or exchange. We would ask you to send a photo of the fault with the email please.
